Go to Self-Service Password Reset Portal and reset your password. This will change the password for both accounts to the new password you set. Learn more at http://www.montana.edu/uit/ids-services/portal.html
Are you a Graduate Teaching Assistant, Graduate Research Assistant, or other Student Worker? As a student employee, you receive an additional IT account to conduct MSU-related business. Learn more at: https://www.montana.edu/uit/facultystaff/neo.html
Your IT account is created, after you register AND pay for Orientation. If there is an outstanding amount on your bill, your user account will not be created. More information on this can be found at this link https://www.montana.edu/email/about.html .
