- In Absentia
- Please send the completed form to registrar@montana.edu. Once processed, the registration fee is added to your account, which you may pay through MyInfo or by contact Student Accounts at (406) 994-1991.
- Name Change
- Please send completed name change form and pictures of new DL, SSN, and official document (divorce degree, marriage license) to registrar@montana.edu
- New Undergraduate Course Approval Form

- Please complete the Add/Drop form to be added for an Independent Study or Restricted Entry Course.
