Departments, colleges, or other units of the University and individual researchers, faculty or staff seeking to erect a telecommunications antenna and apparatus for academic or research purposes must submit the application with the approval of the department head or director of the unit and the dean or vice president. CPDC will take the lead in assisting the on-campus user with planning and construction/installation issues with the assistance of TAC. All installations will be consistent with the aesthetic and technical, and legal requirements set forth in this policy.
