Where will your program meet? (Venue name and address)
How many people can your venue accommodate?
Examples: Will attendees need to stand for more than 5-10 minutes? Are there stairs? Will they be walking and, if yes, what type of surface (paved, gravel, uneven ground, etc)? Will it be hot or cold in your venue? Any need for special clothing, footwear, or other items? Is parking available and free?
Program Scheduling

Our members generally prefer daytime programs. However, occasional evening programs will appeal to members who work and/or volunteer during the day. Common program start times:
Monday: 10 am, 11 am, 12 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:30 am, 10 am, 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm
Friday: 10 am
Evening: 6 pm (except during snowy, short daylight months)
