Submitting a Ticket

Please send all IT requests to caaithelp@montana.edu. Once a ticket has been submitted, the computer support specialist will make arrangements to have it resolved. In the email please include what the problem is and anything you have tried to fix it. 

Please only submit a ticket about MSU owned computers, equipment, or classrooms. Do not submit tickets for personal machines, tablets, or cell phones.
