The Associate Dean assists the Dean in building the academic reputation of the college and its faculty through facilitating programs designed to support faculty development and scholarly productivity; assesses and reports on the academic impact of EHHD scholarship development and progress made in accomplishing strategic plan goals; represents EHHD as a member of the university research council, and serves as a member of the college leadership team.

    Bird collaborates with or provides support to EHHD faculty on various aspects of project development, implementation and reporting for funded projects, and collaborates with College leaders to foster a culture of research and entrepreneurship.  

Senior Assistant Dean/Director of Student Success - Kayte Kaminski, kayte.kaminski@montana.edu, 406-994-4136

The Assistant Dean and Director of Student Success serves as liaison between students and both campus and EHHD resources, is a member of the college leadership team, and works with faculty and staff to troubleshoot student issues and concerns in and outside the classroom.

Department Leadership

Department Heads provide leadership, direction, and guidance to carry out the departmental and university mission.

Program Leaders provide direction, instructions, and guidance to a group of individuals in a program area.  Program leaders primarily coordinate the curriculum and are point people for the advising office. Dependent upon the needs of each academic program, this position may operate differently across departments.
