The Jabs E Series was created to invite senior executives from business firms and organizations across the country and entrepreneurs to spend time on campus interacting with students and faculty. This program will offer MSU students the opportunity to connect with executives and entrepreneurs, in efforts to inspire students to pursue careers as innovative, responsible, and ethical business leaders.

Guests will share their experiences, expertise, and perspectives on business and their career paths. Students will learn a variety of lessons in business (and life) by hearing first-hand how these mentors coped with challenges including business ethics, personal struggles, career choices, stress and at times, failure.

Beyond the student interactions, The Jabs E Series will encourage participation from faculty, staff and the greater MSU and Bozeman community, connecting town and gown in a quality and meaningful way.

There will be a number of options for visiting executives to connect with students, faculty, staff and the community including:

Classroom visits Drop in office hours
Coffee chats One-on-one meetings with students
Round table discussions Featured lectures
Panel Discussions Mock Interviews
Small group lunches with students       Student Club Meetings

The Jabs E Series will provide alumni and friends an opportunity to return to campus and offers them a compelling reason to travel to Bozeman. The time spent on campus will vary, anywhere from 1-2 days.   This will not only provide our students a venue to meet executives in a familiar environment, it will allow them time to become comfortable around individuals in executive roles. Students should discover they are not only successful but very approachable and willing to share their story and advice.
